1. Built-in Pressure Cylinder:

The pressure cylinder’s setting on the lathe bed can avoid the piston rod damage triggered by accumulating rolling scales as well as rod exposure during the bending process. Our Three-Roller Bending Machine realizes the non-rod chamber work for both top and bottom cylinders, and reduces the amount of bearing seals, while increasing the reliability.

2. Strengthened Cone Bending Package:

A small cone-shaped slowing device is set on the top and bottom of bearing block. Hence, it can meet the requirement of specific bending, like small diameter, large cone angle bending. The electrical system of it can also flexibly control the working rollers inclination so as to maintain the top roller balance.

3. Advanced Hydraulic Release Pressure System:

With special design of hydraulic as well as working pressure checking systems, Our Hydraulic Bending Machine for Heavy Plate can be unloaded under high pressure, thus avoiding the problem of bouncing and "water hammer”, which makes the work piece compact while piping.

4. Clean Human-Machine Interface:

The screen can display the working pressure of each hydraulic cylinder, motor working state, displacement of sensor, the power failure of each valve, each soft and hard limitation, overload alarm, and oil temperature alarm.
